Mexico-based Alfa said it is open for new alliances aiming to participate in Ronda Uno auctions, which Government of Mexico will carry out. With the energy legislation reform foreign players may enter the Mexican market. Alfa's energy division director, Raul Millares, said the joint venture agreement with Pacific Rubiales is part of its strategy to become an important player in the domestic energy industry.

La compañía mexicana Alfa ha afirmado que está abierta a cerrar nuevas alianzas con otras compañías con el objetivo de presentarse a la Ronda Uno de licitaciones abierta por el Gobierno de México tras la reforma energética que abre el mercado a actores extranjeros. El director de la división de energía de la compañía mexicana Raul Millares ha asegurado que el acuerdo de joint venture con la firma Pacific Rubiales es parte de su estrategia integral para ser un jugador importante en la industria energética nacional. |
