According to Pemex Exploración y Producción's director Gustavo Hernández, Petróleos Mexicanos will participate in Ronda Uno auctions for oil exploration and production contracts. Pemex informed its interest after (CNH) Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos' announcement of the third Ronda Uno auction for oil blocks, which will be carried out in Abril 2015. (see related radar) However, to participate in this auction, Pemex cannot create alliances with companies that produce more than 1.5 million oil barrels per day. Pemex will not be able to associate with Shell, Ecopetrol and Exxon.

Según Gustavo Hernández, director de Pemex Exploración y Producción, Petróleos Mexicanos participará en todas las licitaciones de la Ronda Uno de contratos de exploración y producción de petróleo. El anuncio de Pemex ha surgido después de que la Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) comunicara que la tercera licitación de los bloques de la Ronda Uno se llevará a cabo en abril de 2015. Sin embargo, para participar en dichas subastas, Pemex no podrá establecer alianzas con empresas que produzcan más de 1.5 millones de barriles diarios, por lo que no podrá asociarse con firmas como Shell, Ecopetrol y Exxon. |
