Pemex, a Mexico City-based state-owned oil company, will not participate in stage one of Ronda Uno of Mexico's energy tenders, reported Reuters Latin America on 8 July, 2015, citing Mexico's secretary of energy, Pedro Coldwell. The oil company withdrew its participation due to a reduction in its revenue as a result of low oil prices worldwide. Mexico's ministry of energy (Sener) will tender 14 projects for shallow water hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation in this first stage. On 19 June, Sener announced the first auction will take place on 15 July (see related intel).

Pemex, petrolera estatal con sede en México D.F., no participará de la primera fase de la Ronda Uno de licitaciones energéticas, ha publicado Reuters América Latina el 8 de julio de 2015, citando al secretario de energía mexicano, Pedro Coldwell. La petrolera estatal retira su participación debido a la reducción de sus ingresos, resultado del bajo precio mundial del petróleo. La Secretaría de Energía (Sener) licita 14 proyectos de exploración y explotación de hidrocarburos en aguas someras en esta primera fase.
